Long Weekend & Faux Silk

Oh thank god that weekend is over!!LOL
Friday me and my SIL took the kids to the mall trick or treating.
As you can see the kids had a great time. Then me and the kids got sick so not much fun going on around here.
I did manage to start my faux silk ATC's for my second spot in the Technique ATC swap.

So whada think???
This is another one of my favorite techniques and super easy!
A pack of 10 faux silk ATC's are going to be offered up as part of my birthday blog candy. Don't forget it runs November 1st -10th
Thanks for looking!

Oh! Your sweet kids' pictures made me smile, and even get a little teary-eyed (my Matthew is 14 and we have so many fun trick-or-treat memories...this will probably be his last year.)

You have inspired me with your faux silk card! I haven't tried that technique, and it looks beautiful and fun! TFS!

Hi Lin! Sorry to hear that you and your children got sick after trick-or-treating! What a bummer!

I have never even heard of the faux silk technique. How do you do it? I think I might have to give it a try.

Thanks for sharing!
